Whole Minded Therapy is my personal space, where I will post psychoeducation, tips, tricks and tools for people on their healing journey.

Psychology and healing is both my profession and my passion and I always have at least 2-3 books going on about various aspects of those subjects.

I do yoga regularly, and I like hiking a lot.

I‘m passionate about life and work, and am a pretty easy person to be around, most of the time. =)
